It is in a nice and quiet location just outside of the city. Really enjoyed the location and the breakfast was delicious.

The host, Kenny, was wonderful. the breakfasts were ordered and delivered freshly cooked each morning. The room was spacious and even had a refrigerator in which I could keep my insulin.

Such a cozy room and in a great location, super easy to walk to central Inverness. The bed was very comfortable. The pub on the ground floor was really good and the staff there were SO kind and friendly. I would go back just for that reason....

This property is super close to downtown. Perfect walking distance to much of what Inverness has to offer. The hosts are phenomenal as well! They are so kind and accommodating.

New and super clean facilities. Nice and quite too, it only has 4 rooms. We stayed in room three a double and a single and wifi was great, TV had YouTube and Netflix. Excellent value for the quality triple.
