Size of the room, staff are excellent, especially the young girls serving breakfast, they were very helpful courteous, and the breakfast was lovely.

Great location for park and ride into York. On arrival first impression was that it looked clean and fresh. Greeted with a warm welcome. Rooms were well nicely laid out and well equipped for the budget and very clean. Excellent breakfast.
