They was very helpful from from the start and noticed my partner a difficulties walking so there's swap the rooms around so is near the fourier as she is a blue bed holder there's very polite and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was "easy" to check in, get to the room, order supper, and enjoy the hotel. Our room had a balcony with chairs that we could (and did) use. Most places in the USA are too cautious about balconies, but...
