The room was quite spacious with a decent private bathroom and had toiletries available. There is also a shared kitchen for anyone who would like to cook but we were there just for one night so we got takeaway.

Me and my mrs went down to b’ham for the night to go and see JLS in october. We had to have a room swap as the room we wanted weren’t up to standards. HOWEVER, was not disappointed one bit. amazing apartment, very spacious! would love to stay again.

Everything was quick and easy. Comfortable stay. Location was very good. Very convenient location. Facilities were quite good. Peaceful and homely environment. I would prefer to stay every time I visit Birmingham.

Best Western character! Bedroom very pleasant - roomy, comfortable bed, bathroom facililties worked well. Good choice for breakfast. Staff very freindly and helpful - especially Emma (Gen Manager). Heating worked fine - room comfortably warm.

The location is fantastic for the center of Birmingham. The rooms are lovely and clean. The staff were fantastic! Every staff member was friendly welcoming and ensured our stay was perfect!
