Hotel is well-managed and very clean. Staff was efficient and friendly, check-in was easy. Room was a standard 2 double bed hotel room, but very clean. Good working microwave and refrigerator. Good supply of toiletries and towels. Continental breakfast was included in the price and had a good array of offerings, plus a box of fresh, local fruit for guests to take along on their travels. Location is just a couple of minutes south of downtown, in a very quiet location.
Beautiful looking hotel with chalets to match, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower hot, it's situated at the far end of town so you don't get the traffic noise but there are plenty of food outlets nearby. Breakfast is a simple affair but it was filling so it was good enough for us.

Perfect amount of space and dog friendly for a few days spent in Shasta. Good location and great staff. Love the Shasta water and little things like tea and coffee.

An older hotel that has been updated. Great bed, new carpeting, wonderful shower and bath, quiet, near great restaurants, interesting town to browse around.

The hotel was close to the freeway and on the Main Street. There is a great cafe on the property where we ate breakfast. The room was clean and the towels nice and fluffy.

Very co operative with room assignment the young man was very helpful and was not trying to take advantage like a lot of other places do . I recommend Klamath . Better than their neighboring hotels by far
