The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for access to Folsom Field and Pearl St Mall. We would stay there again when in town for a Buff's football game.

Super clean and check in process is a breeze if you download the app. Breakfast was fantastic and they offered many varieties. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Great location and only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Pearl St mall.

Hotel was great, we got there right as it closed. room was clean and bed was made, shower was nice and hot for me and my partner. Night staff was nice but morning staff seemed unhappy, which is fair id be gloomy too if I woke up at like 4-5.

It’s a motel. But it’s VERY reasonably priced and has a great location. The staff is great, friendly and easy to deal with. The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

We checked in after a horrible AirBnB experience and within 30 minutes we were at the location checked in with our dog. Paola was very friendly and helpful. Everyone during our 2 night stay was very courteous.

The location was great for us as it was close to restaurants and we were in Lyons because it was quick access to the Estes, Denver and Boulder. The room was very simple but met our needs. I enjoy being able to park right outside my room.
