We attended the Auto show. It was so convenient to be in the hotel connected to the event center. The hotel was very clean, very quiet, and staff were very helpful.

I loved the breakfast and the staff were nice. What mostly impressed was the luxury of the hotel itself and the cleanliness of the hotel and hotel room with the amazing view I had outside it really was jaw-dropping.

The best part of the stay was the EXTREMELY helpful staff. During my stay, I had some extremely rude and obnoxious neighbors. While the hotel can't control who stays there, the staff - Especially Gustavo - really helped to resolve this...

I really enjoyed having a full kitchen with enough room for my family and I to relax without being on top of each other. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal. Gustavo and Donna were such a pleasure to message whenever we needed something.

The view at night was Spectacular! There are a few things that could be updated. However, the place was nice upkept very well My family and I was very comfortable and I will definitely stay here again.

We had a very weird room with a giant column right I the center of the room. That was the only thing we didn’t like.

The bed was great. The view was good to. And I loved that my dog got a dog bed. He appreciated so much by falling asleep immediately after it was delivered. I like that the hotel is good for pet owners

The best thing about this hotel are the location, so close to the L and the waterfront, and the very friendly staff. The cute pineapple theme and the complimentary drink and water are a plus.

Great place to stay. It would be nice if it had more restrooms and a hook on the door of the bathroom cubicles.
