The breakfast was great- the waffles fill up a whole plate unlike many other places. Good selection of breakfast items. Also there were 3 machines to work out with and that is just enough!! Bed was comfy and room was clean

I liked the size of the room with a sofa(bed?) and a nice overstuffed chair. Had all of the amenities I needed/wanted. Away from roadway so the room was quiet. Curtains kept light out of the room.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The small details with the historical restoration to the hotel are lovely. We had the best experience at the speakeasy and a wonderful steak dinner at Proudfoot and Bird. Soooo good.

The location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and kitchen had sufficient utensils. Check in and out instructions were very clear and went smoothly.

Breakfast selection was good and offered a selection that everyone would be able to find something tasty to eat. Rooms were superior and very clean. Hotel location is right near the city and very convenient right next to the conference center.

The staff is really friendly eager to help you in any way the room is exceptionally clean . The continental breakfast you had a large variety to choose from. The location makes it easy to get to the surrounding area beautiful country there

Everything was clean and neat. For a 2 star hotel I would give it 4 stars!!! Breakfast was great and more than we thought there would be! Huge room with a huge bathroom. Nice beds.

The location of this hotel is excellent, with a golf course right next door. It provides easy walking/running access to trails along with access to Iowa State University. I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites.
