The breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was all around spotless. Parking was always available for guests who secured it in advance. The staff was always helpful.
Very poor and despicable condition, the sheets have holes in them, the smell of the rooms, and roaches running all over the place. I took pictures and videos to the front desk and told them that I was leaving because I was traumatized. I am very disturbed to see In 2023 an abundant city like New York people are living and conducting business like this. It's a crying shame.
