The staff were excellent! Everyone from the front desk to their cleaning /maintenance staff to the security, they were ALL friendly and greeted us. We felt very welcomed by everyone. The bed and room temperature were also very comfortable.

Location is great to get to all the major tourist attractions including walking distance to many and only 1-2 blocks from all the major subway lines. Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was overall pretty friendly.
