Historical gem, well restored, cozy, peaceful. We were there in winter, so did not use gardens or pool, but looks very inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and we were provided with robes and slippers.

Everything is perfect: free parking at the property, perfect bed, welcoming host with excellent English, comfortable bathroom, unbelievably beautiful place.

Located between Assisi and Santa Marie gives options to walk to either within 20 to 30 minutes. The room was comfortable and very clean. A kettle would have been appreciated since there are no breakfast options or use of a kitchen.
