The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included and perfectly delightful. It's an older hotel so it's not the shiniest but it was a safe, cozy place to start my Basque adventure.

Very warm welcome. The open space was comfortable so everyone sat around chatting. They had a functioning kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator and hot pot. Warm place!!
