The barns location was great for exploring the local area. There were 6 of us and the kitchen was well equipped and with a nice large diner/lounge. The beds were really comfortable and there was also a small outdoor seating area and grassy area...

The cottage was a perfect winter hideaway. It was warm and cosy, well appointed and nicely decorated and the full height Xmas tree was a pleasant surprise. There was everything we needed for the two of us for a short stay.

Die Unterkunft und sehr zuvorkommenden Besitzer Chris und Eileen haben sehr gefallen. Der Autovermieter Drivalia dagegen keinesfalls. Nicht hilfsbereit, brüsk und unprofessionell! Infolgedessen teils schlechter Urlaub!

The property was well located, clean and same as the photos. We had good communication with the staff who allowed us to checkin a bit earlier. There's plenty to do in the vacinity of the property and a lovely pub just across the road!

This is an absolutely charming pub/restaurant in the middle of the Sussex countryside with a few rooms. All around are lovely walks and views, and it is only a shortish drive (albeit down very narrow country lanes) from Lewes, Hove, and Brighton....

Are the gardens were beautiful. The room was spacious and super clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. Amelia graciously brought us more coffee to go with the toast and English jams.

Very clean, comfortable room and facilities. We had an excellent evening meal and cooked breakfast. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely book again.
