We enjoyed being in Itaewon. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was also well furnished and well equipped. Staff were pleasant and very helpful at all times. The breakfast was good and the timing generous.

The checkin/out process is very smooth and the hotel is connected through an underground tunnel to the seoul subway and train station. This is a very convenient location if you are keen to be close to the city and and well connected.

Location was great, walking distance to two subway stations. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was comfortable, amenities got renewed daily. After check out, it was very convenient to leave our bags in the lockers for 12 hours for free.
