Hosts had smile all the time. Everything was great and clean. They gifted us bottle of champange for valentines day. Spa was better than on pictures. Breakfast was good. They gave us suggestions about nearby restaurants and about ski rental.

Good location - close to Bansko centre and Gondola lift. The room was clean and quite spacious, with a nice balcony, the beds were comfortable and the staff seemed to place new toilet paper rolls in the bathroom whenever it was needed.
