Very nice staff, very good breakfest and dinner, close to Gondola ski.

New hotel, very clean, with nice admosphere. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals and 5 minutes walk from gondola station.

From staff to locatoon to warm pool and cute cats.. great overall environment to relax and have fun.

Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extra friendly. An electric charger is available in the parking.

Good location, 7 minutes walk with ski equipment on to gondola. Facilities are good, including spa, pool, ski wardrobe. Private parking if you come with a car is right next to the hotel.

Grand hotel is a very good hotel with excellent food, good accommodation and the best spa. The only complaint is the bus shuttle to the gondola, which is insufficient for the large number of people who use it every day!!!

The location is on the city center. The receptionist was warm and understanding lady. The room was very big and cozy. The view from the balcony was to the Pirin hill. The spa center was my favorite place - hot sauna and steam bath, swimming pool...

The food was perfect, the hotel staff were helpful and kind, the hotel was just what we expected, close to the ski area so we could get to the gondola within a few minutes walk. I definitely recommend it.

Great location, close to the attractions and in walking distance to ski gondola. Pool and the spa's are nice and offer space for plenty of peoples. Garage parking was also a nice plus given the very cold temperatures. The staff is very friendly...

Great hospitality, even better location for skiers because you avoid rows in front of main gondola in the morning. Recommendations!

Close to the ski lift, wonderful swimming pool, sauna (included in price), ski room and huge apartments with everything you need. The location is close to the center and restaurants.

The room was very warm and clean, which was perfect for a winter stay. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. The pool and spa were convinent for use and included in the price.

It's a well equipped studio very clean. It is close to the entrance of Pirin National Park. You can walk to the beginning of the trails. The place is quiet and the area around the building is nice for a walk and play with a small child.
