We liked the manager; she was very helpful as were all the staff. The Casa is delightfully decorated. The Breakfast was super. They had good suggestions where to have dinner. It was in full view of the new theater.

El trato de la dueña es muy acogedor, te hace sentir como en casa, siempre preocupada. El aseo en el baño muy prolijo, buena ducha, cocina bien equipada, sala de estar muy acogedora.

El lugar donde está inserto es soñado. Vista increíble desde la habitación. El desayuno incluído en el precio era muy bueno. El personal tiene un trato muy amable. Hay amplios estacionamientos. Hermosos paseos en la gran propiedad.

Very friendly and you notice it is family run. We could continue to use the facilities even after vacating the room and were shown the milking shed as well as enjoying the pool. food is reasonably priced as well.

The fact that is a historic home from 1915. It’s well kept with beautiful ground and modern conveniences. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful, quiet location lake fronting with a great Volcano Osorno view, although it is a 15 minute drive down a tricky road to Puerto Vallas. I enjoyed the evening meal, traditional Chilean food and amazing cherries at breakfast

Fueron días maravillosos. Instalaciones acogedoras, bien decoradas, con cariño por todos lados. Dom Enrique siempre es muy atento y excelente compañía para una buena conversación al final de la tarde. Dias inolvidables.
