The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Johan and Manuel. The kitchen was very convenient to use, and everything as cleaned regularly.

Location is great, close to the Costanera center and several restaurants, shops, cafes. Clean and friendly staff.

Great Location, close to Pato Bellavista and many restaurants an night clubs. It is just a couple of blocks from a subway station. Perfect place to meet people. Everything was well organized and staff was helpful. Nice, modern hostel.

The hotel staff was very accommodating! They let us store our luggage early and gave us space to freshen up after a long travel day. They gave great recommendations and arranged a large taxi for us and got us a great rate to the airport.
