Location was great. Surounding reasturants selection was very good.

Location is great, close to the Costanera center and several restaurants, shops, cafes. Clean and friendly staff.

Loved the pool area, and the location is especially great if you stay on a Sunday and take advantage of the nearby road closure for a run/bike.

The friendly familiar service by Can and the other friendly receptionists is also appreciated.

The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that.

Breakfast was good but not great. It seems like S. America likes its scrambled eggs runny.
