Came here for emergency surgery at Clinica Meds as an American traveler who got in an accident. Facilities were top notch, with grocery store, coffee shops, resturants all immediately available. Great staff and privacy.

Great location, close to shopping center and restaurants, safe neighborhood, nice indoor and outdoor pool. The staff was attentive and kind. I would stay here again.

Beautiful view from our room. The hotel bars were great. Incredible breakfast, more selection than anywhere on our trip. Near many restaurants and high end shopping.

The night staff and specially Patricio was absolutely wonderful!!! I arrived late in the night and they were extremely kind. It's my 3rd time in this hotel and I'm definitely returning again.

The location and the pool. There sauna is not working anymore and that’s sad because they used to have a nice spa. I learned that you can still book a massage. I like that they keep the parking free for costumers! Please do not change that.
