The area is as safe as you can get in Santiago these days. The room was very clean. No rubber mat inside the bathtub, but there is a convenient hand rail to keep from slipping that is very useful. The staff and cleaning person were very amicable.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also available when leaving early (packed breakfast with a cheese and ham sandwich, cereal bar and orange juice), which is such a nice bonus! Sergio is also super friendly and helpful :)

The hotel is locate in one of the safety town in Santiago, near everything, shops, coffees, restaurant. All you need for business travel and feel like home.
