Beautiful facility, clean, friendly/helpful staff.

The staff were all wonderful, especially Kaila. The location is convenient and feels safe. The beds are comfortable. Wifi was good. We especially like the balconies which had good views.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late at night and we were easily able to check in. The bed was comfortable ; the room was clean with lots of basic amenities. The neighborhood felt safe.

This is one of the best properties I have stayed in. Hilton La Sabana over looks the National Football Stadium and I got to watch the game from the comfort of my room. This by far the best Hotel in San Jose. I love this place and the staff.

Per our previous stay the staff were very attentive, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast a great way to start the day. All this and the nightly rate was very reasonable.

We’ve been to Suites Cristina 3 times in the past 8 years. The large 2bdrm/2 bath apartments are excellent, as is the free breakfast and staff. All our needs are attended to.
