It's not a new hotel, and it shows. But its clean, well located, the territory is well cared for and the Manager (Abdul) is a great person with a good sense of customer service.

Lovely oasis in San Jose. Peaceful and tucked away from busier streets. Comfortable rooms with plenty of spaces around the property to hang out. Delicious breakfast everyday and friendly, accommodating staff. Would recommend to anyone!

I only stayed here one night as a stopover, but the beds were comfy and quiet, the facilities were clean, and the staff was very helpful. Food places and grocery store in walking distance and neighborhood felt safe.

A wonderful stay here at the Sleep inn, the entire staff was incredible, They all seemed to love their jobs and were completely helpful. Great breakfast was included. This is now my go to hotel in San Jose Costa Rica. They all deserve 10 stars....

Centrally located its walkable to the Mercado and all the museums. They provide parking accommodations and the staff can organize any activities you'd like to enjoy.

It felt safe in an otherwise dodgy part of town. We paid for one of the bigger rooms with a balcony, and it was awesome. Nice bed, Netflix, and the nights were very quiet. Definitely good value for your money.
