Room and decor was a little old and tatty but fine. Shared showers had good pressure and hot and cold. Good location, close to many restaurants in a very safe area. Walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, fruit, granola,...

Klaus, the resident cat. The checkin was great, No breakfast because we had to leave very early the next day. The neighborhood was fine. Lots of restaurants in the area of all types. Grocery store close as well.

Lovely oasis in San Jose. Peaceful and tucked away from busier streets. Comfortable rooms with plenty of spaces around the property to hang out. Delicious breakfast everyday and friendly, accommodating staff. Would recommend to anyone!

It felt safe in an otherwise dodgy part of town. We paid for one of the bigger rooms with a balcony, and it was awesome. Nice bed, Netflix, and the nights were very quiet. Definitely good value for your money.

I only stayed here one night as a stopover, but the beds were comfy and quiet, the facilities were clean, and the staff was very helpful. Food places and grocery store in walking distance and neighborhood felt safe.

Morning continental breakfast w coffee was nice but nicer if you order 2 fried eggs for an extra 1000 colones
