The evening meal we had there was the best one we'd had all holiday by quite a margin. The room was spacious and presented well.

The old world charm. We stayed in a chalet with à huge double bed,very comfy. All was spotlessly clean. Food was good although some dishes were overpriced.

Helene was a delight. She was personal, warm, and genuine making our stay truly memorable. We dined at the restaurant that evening and had the most enjoyable three hour dining experience; unforgettable.... c'est magnifique!

Excellent central location, beside shops, restaurants, supermarket, canal walk. Very friendly staff who kindly let me keep working in my room until my car was repaired in the afternoon, thank you. Nice breakfast.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in a nice area. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and had a nice large opening window. There was a secure car park which we really valued.
