Very nice location, quiet, beautiful view from the window. We very much liked the pool and spa area, a big pool and very nice hamam. We also enjoyed the restaurant: good quality dinner at a reasonable price.

Great breakfast, very convenient and free parking, room is large enough and excellent mattress, good bathroom.

Fantastic family friendly spa. Would definitely go there again with my kids. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. I was blown away that there was even a juicer with fresh vegetables and fruits available!

very pleasant stay in this hotel. the room was spacious and comfortable. no AC but with a fan at night it was fine. staff is very kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was fairly small but it had a lovely terrace if only the weather had been better. The reception staff were great, they went in the car with my husband to goto the garage that holds larger cars - excellent as there is literally no where to park outside as it’s very busy

Lovely little quirky hotel. Spotlessly clean with a nice view of the lake. The staff were fabulous - friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at breakfast - smiling and cooking eggs for everyone upon request - a nice touch!

The staff went out of their way to help, the swimming pool was just perfect and the room was large and well equipped. The private parking provision was also very welcome. Easy walk into town, we didn’t stay for dinner at the hotel but the menu...

Small room but it was made comfortable. The shower with rainmaker was nice. Location is perfect, just next to the lake and the marina but still rather calm. There is a parking available behind the hotel which is very convenient.

I had informed the hotel that I would arrive early and they accommodated that, with a very friendly welcome. They even gave me access to their private garage for my road bike (no way it could have gone in the room !), very very helpful and...

Excellent breakfast, maybe a little pricey but fresh and quality products. Location is just perfect close to most restaurants, the Valvital thermes and many other things to do in the city center. Au Lac room was very spacious and well furnished, with beautiful terrace. Public parking optional (with private car place and pass for the hotel residents) which is a luxury in city center. Very helpful and kind staff (ask Maud for restaurant suggestions !), Would definitely recommend this place !

Super bien placé, entre le lac et la piste cyclable. Le studio est très jolie. Vincent répond très vite et nous a très bien indiqué comment nous rendre au studio.
