The hotel is nice but not in Naples. It's outside Naples so if you drive to Naples you pay 2 euros everytime you take the highway and back. Good thing is it's away from the madness in Napoli.

We booked Eracle believing it was close to Napoli airport. But it was nearly a $50 cab ride to the airport and a $50 cab to a restaurant. There are no restaurants nearby. Conclusion: stay there only if you have a car. Otherwise, the facility...

We stayed 3 nights (26-28 May 23). Clean, quiet, modern, well-maintained, pleasant and responsive staff, sufficient continental breakfast (mostly breads). We would stay again. Great value.

Staff were so good, they catered to my every need!

We felt safe when we first arrived at the hotel, but the city of Naples was not safe at all. Good thing there was a car park. We had rented a car and we left the car safely. Anything could have happened to you outside. The breakfast was very ideal...

Loved my clean, spacious room, firm bed and clean and beautiful bathroom and shower. High ceilings, tall windows, climate unit kept it perfect temperature. Owners/operators were so kind and accommodating. Two pools and a hot tub were beautiful...
