Property was clean, calm and perfectly as described for the room.

The staff included people who were kind and got me some medicine when l became sick traveling.

Fantastic staff! The bartender was top notch! Some of the best drinks we have ever had. The spa was clean and enjoyable. Our room was comfy and clean with wonderful views of the volcano and vineyards. Would recommend a stay for sure!

Everything was great....Staff so so helpful in everything....The ambiance so so peaceful....A resort where you can stay in for days without going out, totally relaxed... Definitely will visit again very soon 🤗🤗
