Excellent staff! Beds throughout Italy were firmer than we were would have liked.

The staff was AMAZING!! One of them even called the lost and found at the airport for us because of the language barrier. The rooms were clean, the grounds were clean. The landscape was very cute!! I would definitely stay here again!!!
