I can't fault this place, great room lovely pool with fantastic views, lovely breakfast spread .Only a 25 minute walk up a slight hill to San Gimignano which is well worth the walk there and back . Will definitily be back soon .

The bed was super comfortable. The room was clean and quiet and nicely decorated. 

Generally the perfect accommodation for staying in San Giminano. Small but everything we could want including goo wifi. Our host was gracious and helpful going out of her way to accommodate our arrival time.

I liked that once you closed the door and was ready to sleep, it was completely black. Waking up, still pitch black. The blinded windows were so great. We had an amazing host, made us feel welcomed and there even if we never got to see him.

The location was amazing, when you step out the hotel,you will be amazed by the Piazza Del Duomo. You will be in the center of the history and crowded😁

The location was excellent, 100 meters away from Unita’ ( the finishing line of the airport-SMN train station). So you can come from the airport with 2€ ticket and in 20minutes you are at The guest house. The room is spacious, with Tv cable...

Perfect room just what you need. They even think of little extras like tooth brush. Staff friendly and very helpful. Best breakfast so far in Italy. Many choices for coffee if you are Canadian and like good old fashion drip coffee as well
