Lovely place, Andrea with his spouse were very caring, helpul. I've felt welcomed there during my stay. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe, with lots of green. Excelent starting point for recognising the remarkable beauty of the Lower Tuscany.

Very unique accommodation off the beaten path. We stayed in the old tower with the nice rootop. Reception and the apartments are spread over a huge area with good vibes. Comfortable bed, kind hosts. Well equipped apartment.

Location was perfect after hectic Florence &, Venice, & Rome. Quiet, peaceful, & only a stone's throw from the Abbey. The on-site restaurant had wonderful food, & many choices for breakfast. And we loved the cats!

I liked that once you closed the door and was ready to sleep, it was completely black. Waking up, still pitch black. The blinded windows were so great. We had an amazing host, made us feel welcomed and there even if we never got to see him.

The location was excellent, 100 meters away from Unita’ ( the finishing line of the airport-SMN train station). So you can come from the airport with 2€ ticket and in 20minutes you are at The guest house. The room is spacious, with Tv cable...
