Patrizia waited for us due to our flight being late. I can’t thank her enough for her patience. she also left coffee , teas , and biscuits. she went out of her way .

property was easily accessed and close to lots of lovely places to visit near the lake.

senza dubbio la vista incantevole sul lago. posizione strategica per raggiungere più mete, ma isolata per godersi tutta la tranquillità possibile! Molto piacevole anche la piscina, soprattuto nei giorni estivo più caldi .

Camera ampia, pulita e confortevole. Bagno dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali. Colazione abbondante con prodotti confezionati. Gli host Maria e Luciano ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliato!

Very hospitable, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great value for.money.

Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The king size bed was really comfy and the room looked very clean.

The property was a perfect place for a retreat! It was beautiful, quiet and close to the town without being in the middle. It was perfect.

Room was small for 2 people but very clean and modern, bathroom was big and very nice. Lovely view of the lake from the balcony. Staff were very helpful

The view from the hotel was great! Nice vintage decoration and furniture, the owner was very kind, the breakfast could have more savour options not only sweet.

The room was so nice and everything was to the nearest detail. Breakfast is served in the room and the girls running the place are so sweet and helpful. A blower and also a straightener was provided in the room

Convenient, super nice staff. Accommodating. Nice breakfast and great cappuccino. Also very comfortable bed and crisp linens.

This hotel is easy access and close to the touristic places.

Located between Assisi and Santa Marie gives options to walk to either within 20 to 30 minutes. The room was comfortable and very clean. A kettle would have been appreciated since there are no breakfast options or use of a kitchen.

The location is fine and has a nice view of the Basilica.
