Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la cordialità dei proprietari che per la stanza. Pensavo fosse localizzato un una posizione più scomoda invece è stato in posizione strategica per visitare Città della Pieve, Panicale, Castiglione del Lago.

Relaxed and extremely authentic staying. Surrounded by nature and a few similar houses , the place is quiet and peaceful while also very well connected, a couple minutes from the main road from Lake Trasimeno and to other main towns in the area.

This hotel is easy access and close to the touristic places.

Located between Assisi and Santa Marie gives options to walk to either within 20 to 30 minutes. The room was comfortable and very clean. A kettle would have been appreciated since there are no breakfast options or use of a kitchen.

We arrived at 9:30pm and everyone was very hospitable getting us settled in to our room. The dinning room stayed late to provide us with dinner which was excellent. Our room had a lovely view.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Truly wonderful hotel with a lift, Syria (the hostess) was incredible and the breakfast was wonderful! Our ocation was perfect and it had a lift too for luggage.

Hotel located in an excellent position at the entrance of the historical center of Assisi, at few meters (mostly in vertical ...) from the basilica. Staff is very kind and available. Wonderful panorama from the scenic balcony.

Enjoy the coffee machine and the bathroom is spacious with a hot shower. And the location was excellent.
