A great hotel for visiting Venice if you have a car since the hotel offers free parking. We could leave our car there for an another night for a reasonable fee while when stay inside Venice for a day. Breakfast was excellent.

Access to transit was perfect. Steps away from a bus line that takes you right to Venice. The bed was comfy. The balcony was beautiful. Everything was clean. And the host is AMAZING!!
