Gilberto and staff are the nicest people. The place is has historical museum aspect, but it’s also just fun tranquil Quinta. It invites you to be outside, take a walk and escape. Also the dinner felt like home, so good!

Room had a balcony and overlooked the ocean. Breakfast was buffet with a large selection of food. There was a nice garden in the back that led to the ocean swimming area and there is an outdoor pool.

Great customer service, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower, delicious breakfast, very good parking area and convenient location; not too close but close enough to everything.

The fact that it is central and easily accessible, the fact that it is a conversion of an old building done with great taste, providing a most pleasant experience. It is a place I will gladly return to.

Great location right on the main square. Ask for garden facing rooms which are lovely and quiet. Very helpful staff and an adequate breakfast

I agree with a previous poster that this is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. Carla and her staff do a great job . The hostel is new and nicely designed with a great kitchen, computers , tv area and outside deck.

The bathroom was very clean! Location is fantastic. This stay was better than I expected for a guesthouse.

The breakfast was good. The hotel location is exceptional: it is located just some metres from the ocean and at the same time it is very central. Great place if you are keen on water sports or exploration of the area.

It’s a very new, clean and well equipped place. The only “hostel” part of it is shared bathroom, but there is one on each floor and I think like two apartments per floor, so I never had a problem that shower/restroom was busy. I was able to check...

The hostel is situated in a quiet location a short walk from the centre and the harbour. A warm welcome. I was alone during my stay, so I can't complain about anything. The hostel still looks like new. Fully equipped kitchen and common area with TV.

Front desk staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is yummy and plentiful. Loved our room and the whole ambiance of the hotel. Also, how often will I have the chance to sleep in a 16th century fort that's also a historical landmark?
