Location was near the train station, within walking distance. The breakfast was good and plentiful. However, it was the people working the front desk, who were extremely helpful, that makes me rate this hotel very high.

Great bed (good firm mattress), nice and clean room. Had to wait because of a problem with cleaning, got a different room to wait in. Really close to the train station (25min to Bern) and shops nearby.

it was perfect for our family. the playground and miniature golf area were just the right thing for our 4 -10 year old as to wind down after sightseeing all day.

This hotel is exceptional, and is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff are great and friendly. The train into Bern is two minutes from the front door.
