We stayed on the top floor in apartment 13. Check in was easy, just a key fob in the lock box. the apartment was a one bedroom apartment with a large bedroom a large living space. The washer/dryer was fantastic. And it was lovely having a Kitchen....

Really kind staff when checking in. Let me check in a bit earlier to set up birthday decorations for my partner. Flexible with parking too.

Breakfast was mediocre. Room excellent. No hot water for a shower in the morning. We were compensated with no charge for car parking. Staff excellent.

The location is great, near both the train station and the city centre. Everyone was very helpful, and the rooms were good and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton!

A very charming property with a nice restaurant that included breakfast. It was very comfortable and clean. We were there for only one night but it would be a great place if you were spending several days in Bristol.

ALL of the staff that we encountered were absolutely wonderful! From the reception, Managers and breakfast host (Dilari) were all most gracious and hospitable and made our stay very enjoyable.

The room was right off the beer garden so it might be noisy if you want to go to bed early but for us it was perfect. The venue we went to was just around the corner so the location was ideal.

Really lovely comfortable room, had a drink in the pub which was nice too. Didn't hear any noise at all in our room and there was separate entrance etc.

Got an upgrade to junior suite for small additional cost, it was lovely! Double doors to gorgeous bathroom, lovely comfy bed and linen. Couldn't fault it! Bar was lovely and cosy, delicious cocktails.

It was clean and comfortable. Also it was in a quiet location .

Outdoor garden space was very good. Room was big. Extra towels provided. Easy to get keys.
