The accommodation was great although we should have booked a room with balcony. All facilities were available and the whole property was clean, friendly and central for touring the area. Would recommend a stay and go back. Thanks Sue and your team.

Very easy to find. Lovely situation. Staff were all very polite and helpful. They gave me a space in the garage under the hotel as I have a problem knee. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food excellent.

The location is great, close to the train station and city center. The place is very clean and tidy, you need to take off your shoes before you enter in the house, which is great.

A perfect nights sleep in a comfortable bed, lovely decor with a modern on-suite bathroom. Clean throughout. The owner was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to please guests. A great continental breakfast and a great place to stay.

The best place to stay in Falmouth. This is our second stay. Made to feel so welcome, and Ellie is such a wonderful host. Nothing is too much trouble. We were upgraded which was a nice touch, and the room was lovely and comfortable. We slept well....

Friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness of the room. Cooked breakfast was delicious. Location was ideal for Falmouth town and beach. No sea view but I was aware of this and chose a twin room with no view over a single with sea view.

The breakfast was outstanding with a nice view. Easy walking distance to the harbor. The property was convenient and centrally located to all the places we had planned to visit.

Beautiful house, spotless room and ensuite with good facilities. Very central to everything on quiet street with unrestricted parking. Hosts were very friendly. Recommended.
