The room given to us was such an amazing suite with a vintage decor! Loved the my stay and must say, this place is so underrated! Staffs were super approachable and friendly.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs. Comfortable and very good value. Breakfast was excellent

Staff were very friendly. Clean and well furnished room. Really good breakfast choice and quality. Nice little touches like a cake put out everyday for guests to eat free of charge and an on site hot tub

The quality of the breakfast was 2nd to none and they catered for my intolerance's without hesitation. The service provided by Chris and his team was brilliant.

Everything about the property.The location ,people,staff,ambience ,room -just everything about the property was exceptional and this was more than a pleasant stay.The only thing I regret is we only stayed there for one night due to our schedule.

The location was superb. We did two great walks straight from the door. We enjoyed breakfast and had a lovely evening meal. Shower was great.

Great old building. Nice place to stop if you want a shorter first day on the C2C trail. Nice breakfast and evening meal ( somewhat pricey ). Lovely outdoor garden. Good sized room.

Comfortable bed. I had a room in the back adjacent to the lawn that was quiet and had no dog stuff and I could hang some things on the line. Owner, Will, very nice. Plenty of toilet paper. Good shower. Lots of towels.

Comfortable bed, cozy little room with a homely feel, what’s not to like. We specifically loved the help yourself breakfast - this allowed us to get up very early, make ourselves some meal and leave early to explore. The owner is a very lovely...

We loved the hosts, the view and the food, everything was wonderful. The drive to the B&B gives you a true taste of the Lakes region.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. A great location to also have food or a drink. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Location of the hotel was stunning and really close to beautiful Keswick. Would definitely visit again!
