Good location. Very convenient parking. Room comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and very helpful. No breakfast available on site, but nice cafes very close by, so no problem there. Very much value for money. I will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and good size with plenty of space and lovely to have the sofa to lounge in too. Good location for us as seeing a show at Cliffs pavilion. Breakfast was very good and staff very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.
