The room was well sized, comfortable, very clean and had excellent sea and prom views.

Breakfast was excellent and the room while small and basic, met all requirements - quiet and comfy with a good shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful making it a relaxed and pleasant stay, so overall I would say good value for money.
