I most of all like the friendliness of the staff. They were excellent. And proud to do this job in the best way they could
I arrived here with myself and three small children for a one night stay. The hotel is lovely and modern. I was able to leave my bags in the reception area with the lovely kind and polite gentleman that helped me as I could Not check in until 3 o’clock. The room was modern with tea/coffee and nice and spacious. The bus top right outside of the hotel takes you into Edinburgh city centre around a 10 minute bus ride so it was easy to get around. Also the breakfast was 10/10 .

The staff in this hotel are very helpful and friendly, they were on hand for advice about where to eat and visit on our first visit to Edinburgh. The room was warm, the bed comfortable and there was no noise from the street. I would stay here again.

The location on the royal terrace was great, a reasonable walk to the train station, and super close to Calton hill and Arthur's Seat! I had a nice view out onto the Firth. Rooms are huge, and there is a continental a la carte breakfast included....
