Great place, location, friendliness and accommodating owner

The situation was perfect. The hospitality was great. My room was everything it should be.

Comfortable and clean with a microwave and kettle in the room.

Lovely breakfast in a lovely setting with views of the garden, nothing too much trouble for the hosts. relaxing atmosphere to totally unwind.

Great stopping point on the way up to Edinburgh. The town had a handful of decent restaurant options and having the pub downstairs was a big plus. The rooms were not fancy, but were comfortable and clean. Pricing seemed like a value.
