Took our own provisions. Well equipped kitchen. Tea towels etc provided,. Nearby shops for milk, bread etc. Nice meals at another local pub. Creswell Crags local historic attraction nearby. Bolsover Castle, another interesting place to visit.

The host was very polite and explained everything very clearly from the room to the local food choices. As it was Easter, there was an Easter egg in my room, that was a nice touch. I highly recommend.

The host was very helpful and available to answer any questions. The location is great, a big morrisons a 6 min walk away and mcds 8 min drive. We needed all bedrooms in the house and each have a lock of their own. There were a total of 4 toilets...

Breakfast: sausages and boiled eggs provided, a sort of part cooked breakfast (no other usual cooked items for a cooked breakfast). I found this a little strange but did enjoy the egg and sausages. Continental breakfast items were good.
