Have stayed several time en route to Cornwall. All is good.

everything except Booking.com apparent charge at outset which i am querying with you to no avail....as i have paid both you and the hotel.

Picturesque little village style accommodations with an incredible staff, who was super attentive and friendly and easy to talk to.

I messageed to say that I needed to drop the car off early and catch a cab into town. Sheila came back and said that they would ensure the room was ready so I could check in before I went and even arranged a lift for me ino town. They could not...

Room space is good for 2 people and a dog. Comfortable bed, liked the pillows and the sofa. Breakfast was great and the staff was just excellent. Nice bar and great service.

Staff were very welcoming and reception and public areas were spotlessly clean. Bedroom was clean but carpet and sofa had stains noting too serious but quite noticeable.

A beautiful location with our cottage having a stunning outlook right over the lake. We enjoyed waking up every morning having a coffee looking out from our balconette window in the bedroom at the wonderful ducks and swans and sitting out at night...

The calm serene country environment a short distance between 2 great towns to explore. My room overlooked peaceful fields with sheep and was so comfortable we actually stayed an extra day. We had to— I didn’t even wake up until 1:00 p.m. 13 hours...

The room was clean and comfortable. The towels were soft. There was Netflix etc. Parking was on the street there was always enough space. We went out every day in the car. It was a great place to stay to visit the local attractions

Excellent location, tight in the heart of the town. The reception being in the bar area made it nice to hang out when waiting on family. All staff very friendly and helpful.

We were made to feel very welcome by the super friendly staff especially Sue the manager. nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable king size beds and large rooms. All meals were delivered quickly and tasted delicious.
