Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my luggage up and down the stairs.

The breakfast was perfect! It was everything that I needed and more. We loved having access to the bikes. The Inn was welcoming and homey. So much so that I felt comfortable being barefoot. We loved the wine and cheese hour.

Convenient location to downtown. Very nice room. Price of room on the high side.

Friendly staff and restaurant on site. Free shuttle across the street.

Lobby is beautiful and comfortable for chatting with people over a coffee or cocktail. Location cannot be beat when attending events in CofC campus.

We chose the Iris as our hotel for our wedding weekend and it did not disappoint! We really enjoyed the parking carousel they have on site. It does take some practice but we had our car with us all the time, which is luxury in downtown Charleston....

Rooms were clean no issues but pretty tight - two queen beds plus a living area w kitchenette. Beds very comfortable - AC worked well, nice view of city skyline and river. I am on crutches due to a broken foot and had a difficult time walking...

There was no breakfast provided. The staff was wonderful including housekeeping. We enjoyed the gathering room to play cards.

The home was a beautiful older home. Very well kept on the inside. When I first saw the outside I was little worried but that all went away the moment we stepped foot inside. Close to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

#202 is sooooo beautiful. Its not the loft we originally booked but we were not disppointed. It is like the large condo of your dreams. Really unbelievable. There was also a patio out back furnished with a dining table, seating area, and grill!...

They dont have elevators to some rooms. The staff offered to take the lyggage up for us but it was a lady and my husband felt unconfortable of letting her do it for him.
