They open me The door at 4am, gave me a dorm only for myself, the staff helped me to find a good bike for the loop and kept my bag for the days I was out. Very recommended

The guys working there are friendly and helpful. It's a basic hostel but great for the price, central and convenient for a night in town before setting off on the loop.

Great, simple hotel. Very comfortable sheets and comforter. A little cold but with the comforter they provide it was fine for sleeping before or after the loop. If it weren't 4C in Ha Giang the day we stayed I imagine it would have been perfect.

The room had a super comfortable bed and the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Beds were really comfortable in the dorms. We were 2 people so we had the room to ourselves. Breakfast was perfect. Location is great, in the center but on a small street so we didn’t have noise from the big road.
