The service was very good and Mr. Eagle helped us a lot answering questions and organizing day tours in Cat Ba Island. He also helped u to travel further down south by organizing trips with the bus. The location of the hotel is ver good as it is central and you can reach everything easily. The hotel also rents out scooters in case you like to explore the island via scooter.

This is my first time going to Cat Ba Island, and staying at this 4* hotel. I was impressed with the swimming pool on the roof of the 17th floor with a very chill and beautiful view. The room price is a bit high but the quality is good. I will come back if I have the opportunity to return to Vietnam.
