Clean and classy room. All staff I met was polite and helpful. Highly recommend for families with small baby. My 3 month old baby's first trip was perfect thanks to Imperial hotel.

Everything was good, clean, if I wanted smth, I called the reception and got I need fast. Everyday room cleaning. Sea view is nice. Can't complain, liked it.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff (Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Châu was very kind). The breakfast options were good and was open until quite late and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Arrived in Nha Trang a bit early so I sent them a message if an early check-in would be possible.Got a message right away that our room was ready.

I had a really nice view of the ocean. Plus it has a bathtub and it made my stay so great.

It is really hard to get a better value than the Queen Ann Hotel. Excellent room rate, beautiful room, polite staff, hotel is very clean, right across the street from the ocean, close to convenience stores, easy walking to local restaurants....

Nice hotel with helpful staff, speaking english. Room was average but cleaned every day which is nice. It can be very hot, so you have to run AC all the time. Halls are little bit outdated and renovation would help. Gym and pool are good benefits....
