I loved the breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly. Loved the shuttle services to and from the hotel. You just need to find it outside Exit 4 Unimall if you want to take it from Nagoya Station.

This hotel was amazing. We stayed for one night on our way to Tokyo and wished we had booked to stay longer. The hotel was in the best location; right next to a train station, and only walking distance to a shopping mall.

Love the location of this place. Near many shops, restaurants, close to the metro. Breakfast was yummy and good value for money and we appreciated the free coffee/ drinks in the lobby. The hot chocolate was good! Staff were nice and accommodating....
